Fractomed® Lite is an extremely light immobilisation system in PVA (polyvinyl alcohol).

Fractomed® Lite can be applied directly around the relevant part of the body / limb using the bandage supplied with the splint. Fractomed® Lite is pre-formed, and is only +/- 5 mm thick, so the product can be perfectly adapted to the desired shape, while at the same time still offering the desired strength.

Positioning

Each splint comes in different sizes. First an elastic "stocking" of lightly woven material is applied. The splint is then applied using the supplied, semi-elastic band.
